For more than 17+ years, I’ve been building my career in the world of commercial software development, driven by a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems. My journey has taken me from a hands-on Software Engineer to my current role as a Lead Engineer and Software Architect, where I’ve spent the last 8+ years guiding teams, designing systems, and bringing complex projects to life.
My core philosophy is that the best technology is built collaboratively. I excel at leading teams in Agile environments, working closely with stakeholders to translate business vision into technical reality. I’m not just a leader; I’m a mentor who is deeply invested in fostering the growth of my team members and establishing best practices in code quality and design.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of architecting and delivering a wide range of solutions. For example, I led the development of a major e-commerce platform where we improved search accuracy by 40%, and I architected a B2B marketplace, scaling its inventory by an incredible 300%. These experiences have solidified my expertise in my core tech stack: Ruby on Rails for powerful backends, React for dynamic frontends, and AWS for scalable cloud infrastructure.
